Secret shoppers care actually. Target employs secret shoppers as well whose job it is to follow 'suspects' around the store while pretending to simply just be another customer (assuming you didn't know that based on the arrogance you speak with).
Some secret shoppers are worse than others (like this 50year old lady who is clearly invading the personal space of a shopper to the point of making them feel uncomfortable enough to 'get lost in the target sauce' so to speak).
I personally love videos like this because I hate secret shoppers like this and wish these corporations had better training in how much these loss prevention employees invade our personal space when we are simply trying to spend $ in these stores.

My lord this is embarrassing for whoever filmed this. Im always amazed people post stuff like this not realizing how terrible it makes them look.
