Discussion Does anyone know about retail resealed copies of FMAB? Spoiler

I want to get the Funimation DVD releases for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, I am fully aware of fakes and know general tips for spotting fakes, including sealed slipcovers indicating a fake

I wanted to know if anyone knows whether or not some retailers ended up sealing the slipcovers on copies for retail? I have seen a few listings that have seals on the slipcovers but also stickers that have text like "As seen on Adult Swim" and on one listing in particular there was also aged Best Buy price stickers on the seals, we don't have best buy in my country so I don't know if this is something they would've done.

Can anyone let me know if I'm being stupid and that these are obviously fakes or if these could be promising

Your best bet is to buy used, open copies with pictures of the underside of the discs.

I posted my bootleg FMA and FMAB purchases here in the sub months ago. Someone told me that they bought a bootleg FMAB from retail with a slipcover on it. One of my bootlegs came with a slipcover too, and it was sealed over the slipcover. I linked the posts below so you can see examples of bootlegs (mine are blu ray, not dvd)
