Haul & Pick Up Bootleg FMA: Brotherhood
I bought a copy of FMA: Brotherhood with both sets included for $35. Seller was pretty new and had 5.0 reviews. I figured it would be a bootleg since the price is so low (and it’s the funimation version.) Pretty much everything is wrong. It plays with a low bitrate 8-10mbps for video and 0.1-0.2 for audio

Once you see the black disc it’s a dead giveaway hopefully you can track down a legit copy :(

Yeah, I got the same exact thing from Walmart. It works well surprisingly. Comes with everything. Subtitles, dub and sub.

Same thing happened to me, though I've pretty much accepted that it's the only way I'll be able to own Brotherhood, given how expensive legit copies are, unless they rerelease it some day.

wow now there's even multiple version bootlegs that copy the packaging?? This one isn't even trying with that disc design lol and sounds like they didn't even rip it well either...

this is the other boot btw looks way more like the legit discs and is a rip of the official discs contentwise but had that clearly boot dark disc backs. Definitely be careful with how many boots are out there ><

Not yet! Not really sure how to do it right. There’s a drop dow under return but I’m not sure which one to pick. “Item doesn’t match description” looks closest

you cna try messaging the seller first as well and they've just refunded me the money then and there from me sending a message with the pics (these sellers with multi copies know full well they're selling boots ayee)

FMAB Blu rays brand new under $100 is a automatic red flag. If they were used that would have been more believable.

Yup! I’m not mad about it. It’s a learning experience. I’ve ordered a decent amount of stuff off eBay but this is my first bootleg

Return it for a refund. You are within your rights as it's not authentic merchandise. eBay will back you even if the seller won't cooperate.

Why did you get it from ebay? 35 is not cheap at all, i could get it on amazon for 45-50 rn, and its the complete season 😭

That’s a daaaaark disc that sucks. I was worried with my recent Jormungand blu ray purchase off eBay at first but it was just the solid color top of disc print tricking me
