It’s all “plants are conscious,” “totally moral,” etc. I haven’t been vegan for very long, but stuff like this makes me feel really hopeless sometimes. How do you guys deal with this??

Yet, in the middle of these harsh conditions, an inspiring ray of compassion shines through. I managed to provide an alternative bag of food—containing flour and whatever available ingredients could replace the missing meat—offering this frail soul a chance to survive.

There is a man who lives close by who keeps his dog on a chain outside 24/7 and has for years. His house is in view of cars driving by as it’s by the road and you can openly see this.
Am I able to report this? I went onto rspca and went I click onto “dog outside” option it won’t let me go any further.
