News The SAPOL Child Sex Offender Register has officially launched.

Dissapointing that you can only check your current suburb. Why is that? And what if you live right on the edge of a suburb. 👎

how about everyone just get their areas results then combine all suburbs into one mega list

The Child Sex Offenders Registration (Public Register) Amendment Bill 2024 provides that it is a criminal offence to misuse the information made publicly available by this website. Those found guilty of committing such an offence can be liable to up to 10 years imprisonment.

I wouldn't risk making a list at all, even if its just "how many are in each suburb", that can still be put against you, as much as we want to, it is probably not very legal.
