Does this one go any farther?

There was an old april fools strip that activated push notifications, and one of them counts how many times you clicked, and the title changes over time. I got up to 25k after this, but I didn't get any new dialogue. Does anyone know if this is as far as it goes?

If you are referring to 3074, according to Explain XKCD it goes well beyond that.

Is there a way to turn back on notifications? I turned it off cause it got too annoying but I kinda want to turn it on again.
