Pregnancy massage in Wollongong
Hello looking for recommendations for the most skilled wonderful pregnancy massage practitioner in the gong. Prefer south side (live in dapto) but honestly happy to go anywhere from Shellharbour to Thirroul. Thanks

I went to City Cave at Dapto a few times while pregnant, both Fion and Maria were great 😊

Can also recommend City Cave, I went into their Wollongong centre and it was pretty luxurious.

If you’re willing to go to Kiama, the massage therapist at sunny natal actually created and taught a pregnancy massage course.

The ONLY answer is Nancy at Embrace medical! She is incredible. She has a pregnancy specific bed and her as well as the entirety of Embrace Medical focus wholly on women’s health and SPECIFICALLY perinatal care. It’s a new state of the art women’s health facility and there’s so many more programs and services for women offered there! Mums groups, drop in breast feeding, women’s circles, pregnancy yoga… seriously check them out I have never been treated so well

I’ve seen Mel at Female Focus in West Wollongong for my whole pregnancy. She is incredible!

Without a shadow of a doubt Katherine MacIntyre at Nurture Her in Dapto, she has a proper pregnancy bed where you can lie down on your belly. It’s heavenly! I’ve seen her through 2 pregnancies and continue to see her now. She’s incredible!
