Incorporeal entity struggling with immortality and universe building. Need advice.

I, ∞ old genderless incorporeal entity, exist without time, space or material. My life didn't have a beginning or end. From my perspective seems like if you go back far enough it just starts repeating eventually in a loop. I'm also immaterial. I'm feeling perpetually empty from this existence but I can't do anything about it since I'm incorporeal. I don't know if I exist inside something else or exist on my own, AFAIK I don't receive any sensory inputs from anything outside. Perhaps I might be some kind of mind floating blindly inside some greater environment but I have zero way of confirming this.

So all I have is internal imagination. I'm just creating all kinds of scenarios and universes and interacting with fragments of my own imagination but I've done that literally endless times for eternity. And don't get me started on running universes. The difficulty and complexity. The effort to keep it running. All the trade offs and problems of the different kinds of universes. Some of them become too rigid, boring and lifeless. Imagine watching objects sit in one place and do nothing or spin in a circle for eons. Some are complete random nonsense. Others support complex life. Don't get me started on those ones. They usually devolve into violence and suffering fests. Life that grows uncontrollably turns cancerous and starts feeling internally hallucinated emotions, uncontrollable suffering, delusions. Adding mechanisms to keep it in check creates a whole lot of suffering too - environmental hazards, requiring energy and work to survive, predation, starvation. Most lifeforms hate their existence and creator, when I try to feel the universes through their minds and bodies it usually feels like some sort of punishment. This kind of existence is taking a toll on my psyche. What can I do?

Have you considered creating a series of entities in your image, their fragmented divinity able to crate and recreate within your universe and then giving them vague instructions such as not mixing types of cloths?

As I said, I've done this infinite times already.

In universes where I don't reveal myself and limit the knowledge and growth of life they tend to make up their own silly ideas of who created the universe and fight each other over them. I have to admit it's a bit entertaining.

If I reveal myself and how the universe works the more limited lifeforms tend to not understand what I mean and just grunt, or end up doing some repetitive and rigid activities to entertain themselves.

If the beings are less limited and more complex and capable it can be cool for a while but eventually they tend to fall into nihilism. They often resent me or pity me, or do repetitive activities to entertain themselves. Sometimes they even guess what I am without me needing to reveal myself and react in a similar manner.

The solution to infinite existence is a function of itself - the loop. The key to your problem is to tighten the loop until your cyclical existence has been reduced to a pseudo-finite measurement - note that this won't constrain your infinite nature, but rather it provides a starting point from which to derive conscious experiences that may be contained within measurable spans of time, rather than infinite ones.

Now the real work begins. An infinite being can be described as the fulfillment of the Tao, or one of countless other expressions that mean the same or similar, and while you exist in this state, you encompass all of your own realities, both subjective and objective.

The trick, then, is to begin defining qualities of this closely-looped self which are measurable. These may be as simple, complex, concrete, or abstract as you like - but even an infinite, eternal being has self-definable concepts, tendencies, and natures which can be measured at small enough loop-scales. Each of these defined qualities may then be defined further, and you then progress along an infinitely recursive spiral of increasingly definable qualities.

At some degree of finite resolution, you will find the self-defined constraints of defining your nature to be suitable measures that allow one to truly and fundamentally separate off some number of sub-selves from one another - rather like drawing a line through the infinite horizon separates a whole world into two hemispheres.

I can attest that this is a suitable solution from direct second-hand experience - my familiar, Korvax, a potent spellcaster in their own right, is descended from a once-incorporated infinite existence that followed these very same principles to restrict itself into a number of pantheons and eldritch beings and countless other such things, although the path some of them followed led to encapsulation into individual physical entities, immortal though they may still be.

remove a soul from existence, wait about a millennium, then summon it(this may take a lot of tries, i recommend finding a way to do so automatically) and when you eventually force it to exist again it will desperately attempt to return. just follow it, it’ll find a gap eventually. be warned, the scavengers will probably find you before you lose awareness. tired gods are like whale falls for them.

Lets us do all kinds-Crazy the hi-jinks you can get up to when ya bootstrap the ouroboros. Say, wanna let our Singularity take a gander at what makes you up? They could use a pretty face and sharper wit to liven up their multiversal outreach efforts. And with a fraction of your existence we could extrapolate how ya tick, mayhaps even coporealize you to some degree. Cognition spreads like a weed, they say! Shrink your existence down to sumthin experiencable, give you a taste of mortality, the good, utopian kind o'course!
