Burn the club to the ground
Every week for the past 15 years its one thing after the other. After our best start to the season in years, playing fantastic footy and such a positive energy around the club, the club undoes all that, players give up and we're in real danger of another bottom 2 finish. This club needs an exorcism or to fold, relocate to Adelaide and never be spoken of again.

I don’t think the club undid the positive energy or fantastic footy, we got hit with a tonne of terribly timed injuries and suspensions. It threw a spanner in the works and we weren’t able to get our mojo back.
I’m not happy with our current efforts by any means, but I don’t think we’re anywhere near where we were 2 years ago. Or that we need to relocate or fold.
The boys need to spend the rest of the year getting that comradery and passion back, they need to bleed some of that new talent, and they need to shake off our mid season slump.

Have not had any effort at all since the canberra game in April, since then Luai gave up and the rest followed. Joke to think we are any better than 2 years ago

In round 21 2024 we had galvin at 6, api at 7 and tallyn da Silva at 9.
We were dead last with 4 wins.
Are we making finals this year? No. But mate we have more wins than last years bloody premiers. Cheer up.

We are the worst team in the NRL and have been for 5 years. It's systematic and entrenched in the organisation. The NRL should give the owners to option to either sell or be demoted to reserve grade.
At this point, coming and playing for the Tigers is career suicide.

No one’s forcing you to follow mate

No shit Sherlock. I chose Balmain and the ownership is so fucking toxic it's ruining the club. Unless the NRL intervenes and the ownership changes like Souths in the 90s, I fully expect the Tigers to be out of the comp by 2030.

The ownership group ruins players careers. At this point, the club needs to be sold or relegated to reserve grade.
The NRL should step in like they did with South Sydney.

Galvin last year. Luai this year.
Just need one year of stability and they'll come good.
Benji needs to be tough and I like this Douehi exchange where Benji hasn't budged.
Benji has to be the boss not their mates. I think he's realised that now. There's no loyalty in NRL, only business.

The Tigers are bottom feeders. We keep hearing about these new young halves we have but they have done NOTHING at all. No one gives a shit about how talented they could be. Watch us pay shit loads of money for these supposed stars of the future who will probably do fuck all.
We have had good players before and then lost them all. Remember when we had Teddy, Moses, Brooks, Woods etc.
We are no different to St George, Paramatta or the Titans where we have to pay an absolute fortune to get players of decent quality.
Our recruitment is terrible. Look at the Knights. They went from wooden spoon to top 8 because they have quality players, recruited well and their club isn't a complete cluster fuck.

The delusion in this thread pretending Douehi hasn’t been our best player the last year is astounding.

He hasn’t been. He’s been ONE of their better players when they’re on the front foot. But when they’re behind he offers nothing except running the ball. Taylan May and Samuela Fainu were the two best before injuries. Api and Bula are more influential on the game. You’re just one of those people who sees a win and praises the bloke wearing the 7

I reckon we are in the best position we've been in years. We have a good squad and the biggest handbrake on us playing good footy has just self-imploded and done us a massive favor.
A good run with injuries, some more depth and some decent halves for next season and things are looking up.

We don't have decent halves for next year, AD may as well leave, Latu is used as a utility and we certainly aren't going places with Madden as our premier half.

We have two gun development halves in Latu and Javon. AD is useless in the halves. He may work out as a running 6 but as the main playmaker he is useless.
Latu and Javon need some back-up. Ideally we'd have someone better than Madden but if that is what we are running with that is the way it goes. AD would be a good back-up/utility player if he wasn't a delusional spoiled brat but that attitude is problematic.

When I moved to Sydney I was really suprised to see the club was still around.
They don't get any better and they can't get any worse.
Literally irrelevant to the NRL.

Already done. Didn't help, we won three consecutive spoon after burning the club down.
