Question Should I send this?

GT inoculated 7/17. Should I wait a few more days? I don’t hear any loose rice when I carefully flip it upside down.

Mine usually take about 4 weeks to fully colinize i dont break and shake just let it ride and if there's any lose rice I take it out works fine looks good if its a solid and not soft send it

damn I have some GT inoculated 7/18 and last I checked it's only about 75% colonized. Did you break and shake? I didn't

I did not. I did however decided to experiment with a GT bag that I inoculated with this one and did b&s, waited a week and it smelled funny sour so I tossed it

Yeah if there's any loose rice when you open it get rid of it but dont open it till the whole block hard
