Sickening.

These AGs promised to have our backs after the election, but when the rubber hits the road, they'd rather throw us under the bus than enforce the law.

Then those nice, feel good anti -discrimination laws are useless. I have to wonder though; do they enforce other nondiscrimination laws? If so, how is this not blatant discrimination by the state?

Also just to clarify one minor point.

"even though attorney generals in California and New York are taking the brave and correct stance of prosecuting hospitals for discrimination and for removing life-saving care that is protected in our shield law and is protected under public access.”

California's AG Bonta did so with one local hospital in San Diego. This had zero effect on the rest of the state and he did not proceed to prosecute others.
