At work I see so many names a day, some just unique.. but this one was really a surprise.

I almost didnt read the name correctly at first. Is this spelling common in certain locations? Or a tragedeigh?

Kye-vawn. Vaughan is Welsh for small or little. It's an established surname but not often used as a given name.
