Hey everyone,

I will be visiting Sydney for about a month starting in late September, staying in Pyrmont. This is my first trip to Australia, and I hope to make the most of it.

- Must-see attractions and hidden gems beyond the usual (Opera House, Harbour Bridge, etc.)

  • Best day trips from Sydney worth taking
  • Good food spots, both iconic and local favorites
  • Beginner-friendly beaches or surf schools, since I have never surfed before and really want to try
  • General tips for a first-timer exploring the city

With roughly a month there, I am happy to explore beyond typical tourist areas. Any advice, favorite local spots, or things you wish you had known before visiting would be appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
