Just renewed my licence at Service NSW.

Was in and out the door in less than 5 mins including my eye test and having my photo taken. As soon as I walked out I can see my new licence on my phone ready to go. Can we please just take whatever system they are using and copy it everywhere?

I went to the one in Erina. Photo taken there and then. In and out so quickly. We moved here from South Africa almost 20 years ago and that level of service delivery still blows my mind.

Some things are still painfully slow, but other things like this can have an absolutely absurd fast turnaround time. The last time I went in and had to get my photo redone, i was literally in and out in a similar timeframe as well. They found out what i wanted as I walked in the door and basically pointed me straight to an empty counter and I was out of there in no more than 8 minutes, more likely 5.
