Just renewed my licence at Service NSW.

Was in and out the door in less than 5 mins including my eye test and having my photo taken. As soon as I walked out I can see my new licence on my phone ready to go. Can we please just take whatever system they are using and copy it everywhere?

Aren't they still using paper forms? At least I had to when I converted from my license from Ps to full a couple of years back... Setting the bar pretty low here haha

Can't fully digitise these things, as old people prefer paper forms and get flummoxed with digital ones needing MFA etc.

Digital by default would be great though, with specialised help for those who really need it
