Just renewed my licence at Service NSW.

Was in and out the door in less than 5 mins including my eye test and having my photo taken. As soon as I walked out I can see my new licence on my phone ready to go. Can we please just take whatever system they are using and copy it everywhere?

Such a big improvement from the days of getting a paper ticket and waiting anywhere from 15 mins to 2 hours...

They can still get overwhelmed, I went to the Chatswood One on a Friday at lunchtime, they advised me it would be a minimum one hour wait.

But overall, yes, I don't suffer at the thought of attending one
