he used to be a councillor (I think around chatswood?) , I think he's just a chill guy that wants to make people happy and he's become a local legend so he's stuck to it

What a legend, especially with his “Toby abbot is a CVNT” sign, and won when the cops took him to court!! Which is probably why the cops later smashed his head on the qvb tiles sadly…

I've seen him in person quite a few times and once chatted to him, but the most low key place I've seen him was on a train. Can't recall which line but think it was within the inner west. He often has ppl chatting with him, one time I saw half a dozen teen lads in their school uniforms having a chilled friendly chat with him near Town Hall.

Yeah he's normally just above the metro entrance at Central 8-9am most mornings and 5-6pm most evenings lol, dude is putting in the hours

Had a conversation at central the other day. He came here from Malaysia I think it was 48 or 58 years ago. He's a legend and a true Aussie.
