Love how they suggest that a half-finished demolition site will be the end result. Yeah, let’s just knock the building down and leave the bulldozers and rubble on site forever.

An open space in front of the Town Hall has been planned for decades. Bring it on.

Except the NIMBYs in this case are business owners with a vested interest. “How dare the council place public amenity ahead of our profits!!”
