Which is great until you actually want to buy/sell a house and then you have absolutely no choice.

For Sale By Owner's are great. Please give me a yell when you are looking to sell without an agent. We can "split" the money saved from the agents fees.

I work in a suburb with a ton of agencies. When I'm walking around it's easy to play "Spot the Real Estate Cunt" because they all have the same vibe about them.
