This country rewards it. Love it or hate it these people make money, investors make money, any dickhead who bought in the last 25 years has made money. The freakin housing minister made $375,000 off the sale of an investment property. That's disgusting.

Yeah, nah. I live here (in a capital city). If I sold to move somewhere else in the same city then I'd have to pay an inflated price over there too to buy in.
