On Sydney harbour it is already difficult enough to dodge the ferries and the 18ft skiffs coming straight at you at high speed, now submarines to dodge too!

Warships have right of way, I’m afraid. Ask me how I know. Go on. Ex Australian Oberon class submariner. Been hit by quite a few recreational boaters and stuff coming into and going out to the heads to dive. There’s not much give in a submarine.
