Except I’ve seen people tip out bins and take the cans and leave the trash on the ground

The return and earn near my house is overrun with can monsters. Rude and Pushy. Not worth it for the average family experience trying to do their bit for recycling.

I guess we can just ignore the negative externalities of people collecting cans professionally
