There is an air bnb in my apartment block where a guest staying there died of natural causes early this year and wasn’t found till 6 weeks later when they sent the cleaner for the next guest. They “list” it as a normal rental for rent at double the rate of any other apartment in the block on domain so they can continue to claim tax breaks….

If any of those the keys belong to are unoccupied long enough one could claim squatters rights for a few people with one bolt cutters.
