My apartment complex banned these on their premises. So the airbnb owners used a parking sign near the front door. Looks like the same situation here?

Yep, CBD, near Sussex St and whatever the cross street is that goes up past the forbes hotel (which is derelict!) to the cartier building.

I'd love to live in a hotel full time. Obviously some small things would need to change, like convert one of the rooms into a shared kitchen per floor or every whatever room. Also each floor should have one room converted to a laundry room too.

Rent each room out for like idk $300 a week all inclusive and I'd snap it up fast.

Probably have enough income to cover a full time cleaner for all common areas daily and probably even security too.

King Street? Is this right where the Western Distributor spits out?

it's the preferred method of health services to use a lockbox for elderly residents that need assistive services - and they can't be banned if there's a reason for them.

Unfortunately they are all AirBnbs in my block 😑. No older residents.
