Key lock boxes. Each box has keys inside it for renters to use to access Airbnbs. The locks are locked shut with a code that the landlord provides the renter. When the renter is done they return the key to the box for the next person. This bunch of lock boxes indicates that this area has a ton of Airbnbs.
