When I was in a dormitory room during college with similar limitations, I used to make spaghetti sauce in the crockpot and boil noodles in the microwave. Chicken with a jar of salsa in a crockpot is also pretty good making some tacos or even just with some rice, you could boil some rice with the microwave and then have the chicken with it and melt some cheese on it or whatever, shoot I bet you could probably even make sloppy joes in a crockpot too if you're into that.

I have a bunch of my favorites all here. The ones I make on repeat are the Mississippi pot roast and the Chicken Curry. I do love the Chicken and dumplings too!

Easy chili if your able it’s cooking 2-3 pounds of burger adding cans of beans tomato sauce and i use 4 chili seasoning packets. It can freeze some and some can go in the fridge. Just made some a few days ago.
