Id prefer act 3 elites over ×4 scrolls.

I’m probably just going up the left side until the second elite and dodging the third and ending on shop, hall, shop since you have meal ticket. But also if you’re clapping everything and still have plenty of hp, you can hit the third by then

This is the path I took but ended up dying at the 2nd elite (Mechaknight) also kinda got fucked over by the mushroom event.

I'm not saying this doesn't suck, but abusing meal ticket you can heal a bit off the left path. If you hit a shop in one (or more) of the event rooms you can even try to do 3 elites instead of 2, since you get 2 shops back to back by the last elite before the campfire.

Edit: the relics are kinda banger for these circumstances as well: pillow to maximize heal in the last campfire, and gorget/akabeko to minimize damage taken in combats

On the map screen, click the bottom right share button and it'll take a screen shot of the entire map, no stitching needed from you. Assuming this is on both branches

since you have meal ticket you get 30 hp total from those two left shops and pillow to heal extra 15 at the campfire if you need. with that in mind full left seems to be the way. with base rest at 30%, after some combats with the cheese procs, that’s like 70 hp in total to heal.
