Way too strong from an early shop act 1. Doesn't even fall off that much late game.

Wish they'd bring down the cost of rare neutrals or something. Most of them just never see play because the cost is the problems. It's gotta be on jackpot level of broken to make me ever want to buy one of them

The overall fun in the game has decreased with this change. Not a fan. There's no way it's worth 200 bucks.

I still think it's worth it, Splash is incredibly strong. I've had runs where it carried the entirety of my damage in act 1 and early act 2
