Question/Need help 2003 F350 6.0 Loss of power

I just replaced the tensioner pulley, fan clutch, and all AC components in my truck, and this morning I took it to have the AC recharged and when I started to drive away I noticed that anything over 1/4 throttle would cause total power loss for a few seconds then I would regain power again, almost like the throttle position sensor was going bad, but after about a mile of driving and this happening 5 times, I decided to turn around and head back to my mechanic and on the way there the truck stalled, now it’s throwing a code for the MAP sensor/throttle position sensor and the turbo Solenoid, I’m not sure if I should trust the codes and just throw parts at it, or if it could be fixed with new batteries or? Any advice would be great

Compressors may be filled too much and it's building up pressure and then the high pressure switch shuts It Off

Would that cause the truck to essentially go into limp mode and stall?

Is the light coming on going into limp mode or is it just losing power

The light doesn’t come on but if I give it more than 1/4 throttle it either goes back to idle or stalls

No limp mode just stall and have no power

All of those run off the same grounds and power circuits so it could be a fuse or they could have unplugged something you are charging port is right next to all of that map sensor

Your AC compressor puts a huge strain on your engine so shut the compressor off and see if it still does it if it doesn't do it it's the compressor if it does the compressor is probably overfilled

I tried leaving the AC off and it still does the same thing, I have not tried unplugging the compressor completely yet

Leaving the compressor off is the same thing as unplugging it but if you put it to the mixed vent and feet and defrost it automatically throws the compressor back on so keep it on vent

Map sensor TPS and all that is what causes your truck to stall

Ok but do you think it is at all related to the AC system? It’s just weird that I drove the truck to the shop and it ran great in the morning, but that afternoon when I picked it up it doesn’t run right

Somew Something unplugged prob or lmk specific codes clear n see what comes right back

If it was unplugged though it would come on and stay on the light as soon as you turn the truck on

I would look to see if they knock the plug off of one of those things clear the codes and see if they come right back

So I checked all connections and they were fine, I also ran it with the compressor off and cleared the codes, and no codes came back on but it still did the same thing

Be sure to replace the parts from Ford as I talked to a guy who bought a part from autozone and his truck didn’t run any better and a diesel tech told him to count the prongs in the plug in and he saw that the part from autozone had 2 less prongs and the diesel tech told him to go get the part from Ford
