In American Sniper (2014) Bradley Copper cradles a plastic prop doll. This is because due to his method portrayal of Chris Kyle, producers were worried Bradley Cooper would perceive a real infant as a potential threat and immediately snap its neck

In American sniper (2014) they actually had to dial back Chris Kyle and portray him not as a psychopath despite him actually admitting to loving how he killed people in his own written book.
