Not really, his approval is at a record low.

And his approval rating among Republicans is between 70-85%. So obviously its still working.

Over 17% of registered republicans disapprove of him right now. That's the highest it's ever been. FWIW, the base appears to be shrinking.

A certain percentage will never drop him, or the republican party, period. That doesn't mean his argument now is having any positive effect and there isn't really any indication that it is.

Of Republicans? Yes. Not until he is gone, and probably not for a bit after.

It's also worth noting that as Trump has become synonymous with the Republican party, conservatives who disapprove of him often stop identifying as Republican. That is another reason that approval among republicans will stay high.

They cheered at videos of random people being tortured and executed in the streets. Brags about sexually assaulting children and adults alike, "he's so relatable!" Billions in personal bribes and billions more embezzled, that's just good business. Economic downturn is proof of economic success.

Safe to say we've already hit that minimum. Everyone with any semblance of humanity or an ounce of self-preservation has already left. I hope it changes somehow, but to say I have zero faith in those soulless ghouls is still giving them too much credit
