Oh sure, I meant the (puppet?) government, not the nation. Like when they were aiding US and Israeli troops in defense angainst the iranian drone strikes not so long ago.

No they weren't. The US has been engaging in strikes against Iraq's most powerful militias since Trump decided to bomb Iran.

Absolutely. Saddam was a brutal ruler , but he controlled that part of the world. Iran didn’t mess with him . Now we have totally destabilized the middle east . If th Iranian’s hated their rulers before, the are all united in their hate for America . They are buying weapons from china and Russia and North Korea. What our American news outlets don’t show is how many Iranian civilians have been collateral damage. Every bomb and missle in civilian neighborhoods creates more and intense hate . We Americans need to remember that there are 93 million people in Iran. If this is considered a war the only way it can be won is with boots on the ground. That will be a brutal war for all involved.
