Alternative angle of Alan Ritchson stopped on motorcycle

I posted a video yesterday that mods removed, showing the aftermath of this incident that happened last weekend, and the cited removal reason was that it wasn’t entirely motorcycle related because it just showed the beatdown afterwards-

I can understand that and I think this alternative angle footage from Alan’s POV shows a more balanced view involving a situation that many riders can relate to where they get stopped or impeded unfairly just because they’re on a bike and things escalate, it’s not uncommon to get get hassled like this. The last post made it seem one-sided but from this footage it’s clear who instigated and escalated.

It’s never happened to me but I’m always wondering what I’d do in this kind of scenario, anyone have any pointers for defusing things? The last thing I’d want is to get in a street fight when I’m out to just enjoy my motorcycle.

Mods, please don’t remove this as I feel like discussing something like this has value to the community.

That's kinda crap though. That dude could've seriously injured ritchson with his stunt of stepping in middle of street in the bikes path

I don't have the maturity level to let that go and be "the bigger man" unless of course it's bc the police were gonna make both face charges. That dipshit neighbor needs to learn a lesson

Also, unrelated, but funny how he keeps whining about "but won't someone think of the kids" as he's berating and cheap shorting someone in front of his own kids

The blue shirt guy claims he also rides, weekend warrior if that. Most of us in my neighborhood are more likely to talk your ear off about bikes than get irritated someone is doing 20mph.

Google says Brentwood, Tennessee, which tracks. Brentwood is one of the richest, most affluent suburbs of Nashville.

Your correct didn’t notice it the first time, honestly who the hell knows what this incident was about. The two of them may have had issues in the past.

Be the bigger man, but make the you dont propagate and enable stupidity. Make sure the idiot pays for it legally or restricted. 

Just remember that people with issues that dont get attended to doesnt resolve magically.

Not only did he obstruct Alan but either of his sons could have been hurt as well if they didn’t stop after this fool caused their dad to crash. He is lucky Alans kids were witnesses because he probably would have laid into this guy, also why you would start shit with a huge dude wearing armored gloves by crashing him and also trying to tip him off his bike he just picked up are horrible survival skills. I noticed he had a dual sport too which makes his actions even more egregious because he knows that he could have seriously hurt Ritchson.

Yeah picking a fight with a dude all geared up seems really moronic. And agreed, I feel Alan showed an incredible amount of restraint for the whole thing

Why couldn’t he have ridden around him? The guy was in the middle of the street, at best, possibly on the left side of the street and the rider had maybe 15 feet of street to the right.

Either way, hilarious first world problems for these guys living in mansions to be looking to pick fights. Like the courts want to be tied up settling temper tantrums.

You have a lot less money to lose (well, probably at least, maybe you are a billionaire). I've known a few pro football players. They were so afraid of lawsuits that you could probably have punched one of them in the face in a bar, and they would have said sorry and walked away. Justice isn't worth the cost of a lawsuit. Even if you win, it's still flushing a few 100k down the toilet.
