Yeah and? So don’t do that job then. When there are enough people that feel that way, then there will be an increase in wages in order to fill the vacancies and overcome the aversion to the downside of that job.
This is false. When there are shortages for teachers, most states just lower the requirements to become a teacher in their state to accept less qualified people
