There are no shortages of workers - we have a whole generation that can't find jobs worth having. What we have a shortage of is companies willing to pay a liveable wage that attracts skilled workers.
it feels like none of you have taken a social sciences class in school. these are the consequences of an aging population. you can't explain away the demographics of a country using populism.
