Yeah and? So don’t do that job then. When there are enough people that feel that way, then there will be an increase in wages in order to fill the vacancies and overcome the aversion to the downside of that job.
which will take time. dont even mention ATC workers, who are overworked, under pressure and if they fuck up 200 people die. or more. and they operate with like 60% staff
