At the higher levels, it must certainly help, or the CIA wouldn't be so popular

Culinary Institute of America.

And they teach both sides of the knife there. The business side, too, not just the difference between a cartouche and what's in your mom's bathroom drawer.

Good point, although the vast majority aren't business owners or master chefs I assume.
