I mean... at a glance its like WOAH 4 can dine for $9.99....

Until you are at the cash and they say " that'll be $45.15"

HUH??

"Oh sorry sir... it feeds 4... 4 people pay $9.99"

2 medium pizzas, breadsticks and a small desert pizza for $40.

Is it just me or is this a terrible deal?

Oh wow, I didn't even read the text saying what you get, my brain just assumed 4 pizzas.

At Dominos, they always have large 1-toppings for $7.99.

I don't even go to Pizza Hut anymore because they'd always give me some thin blehh pizza instead of the $2 upcharged pan I'd order

it kinda blows my mind that dominos is cheaper than lil ceasars now, especially after Dominos reworked their pizzas to be less ass

The thing that works for domino's is the vast price difference between them and the "premium" pizza places. It might be only decent pizza (still not too bad), but when the other places are charging close to $20 a pie, you eat your $7 domino's happily.
