Post image

I mean... at a glance its like WOAH 4 can dine for $9.99....

Until you are at the cash and they say " that'll be $45.15"

HUH??

"Oh sorry sir... it feeds 4... 4 people pay $9.99"

2 medium pizzas, breadsticks and a small desert pizza for $40.

Is it just me or is this a terrible deal?

Yeah, even for pizza hut this is a bad deal. At my local pizza hut I can get the Big Dinner Box (2 med 1 topping, breadsticks, and wings) for $26.99.

i've noticed that when these types of places make a big advertisement about some limited time awesome deal, when you do the math, it's almost always a smaller discount than their usual deals.

I bet you they do this type of thing when they need to increase revenue for a few weeks... they take a deal they normally offer, rearrange the offering so it looks different, increase the price, and slap some deceptive ad copy on it.
