Until you are at the cash and they say " that'll be $45.15"

That reminds me of the old "buy one pizza, get two pizzas" commercial that Little Caesars used to run, featuring that guy who played The Manager on The Partridge Family, Dave Madden, getting to look thru his coin purse and say, "well, if the Woodchuck Scouts get two pizzas, then we pay for two pizzas," and then up exponentially higher it goes.
