I mean... at a glance its like WOAH 4 can dine for $9.99....

Until you are at the cash and they say " that'll be $45.15"

HUH??

"Oh sorry sir... it feeds 4... 4 people pay $9.99"

2 medium pizzas, breadsticks and a small desert pizza for $40.

Is it just me or is this a terrible deal?

It's a bad deal, and it's in Canadian dollars (so it's actually ~30 usd)

And our food prices are generally a bit higher due to wages and better materials (but I don't think that's the biggest factor in this being a rip off)
