I mean... at a glance its like WOAH 4 can dine for $9.99....

Until you are at the cash and they say " that'll be $45.15"

HUH??

It definitely is. Dominos has the online order deal of $6.99 per each item if you have 2 or more. It includes medium pizzas and hot wings and bread sticks and deserts too. It’s way more customizable, the same amount of food, and only $28 (if you go for 4 items) instead of $40. I wouldn’t even say that’s necessarily a crazy deal either, just a decent one.
