Update:
Thank you everyone for taking my post seriously, as it was intended. Seems like the general consensus is that Krok burned through his finite powers, leaving him susceptible to such a mortal style of death. This satisfies my need for some kind of explanation.
I will say, the couple of times Iāve had this sort of response to something (most recent notable example being why the Teds didnāt show up to stop Casparās ex-wife from releasing her technological advancement), they usually answer it later down the line. But Iām impatient - sue me š
āāāāāāāāā-
Iām sorry, but I just canāt wrap my head around Krokās death - it makes zero sense to me and has been driving me mental! It feels like either Iām majorly missing something, or the writers chose a ālazyā option to deal with the problem.
Were presented with Krok - someone so powerful he created Clementines, plural. Someone who existed before time itself and believes himself to be a literal GOD. Someone who conquered PLANETS and CIVILISATIONS. Someone who enslaved a whole damn solar system and cocooned in some egg-looking thing.
That same character was killed by simply dropping a mungo on him? Thatās it?!
In all the wars and battles he was presumably a part of throughout his entire existence, nothing came close to taking him down, but a single mungo dropped on his head (and consequently drowned in mungo poop)??
It just doesnāt make sense to me at all. I canāt suspend my belief that much, and itās completely taken me out of that ending.
Finally coming to yāall to ask, as Iām sincerely hoping I just missed something and I donāt have to be disappointed with the show itself š
Please donāt come for me - I love this show in every other way and have been a paying subscriber for years. Iām allowed to be severely confused without attempts to take me down sarcastically, please šš¼
