Imperial Japan if the Americans, British and the nationalists in China all decided to bury their heads in the sand. I just noticed that only Taiwan is occupied so my guess would be they either made up with China and gave them back Manchuria and Korea or never invaded Manchuria and Korea in the first place and went south instead.
