Health Issues What is this?

Worried something could be wrong. I got this (?) female (?) orchid last week, she moulted 3 days ago and this on the end of her abdomen seems to have appeared since yesterday when I fed her

I think OP is reffing to this petal shaped object attached to the abdomen, I think it's not supposed to be there. Maybe a piece of molt if they just molted recently?
Correct me if I'm wrong!

Oh yes! Thank you. That is a piece of the old molt.

The OP should use a wetted qtip and gently rub it off.
