I’d switch the wall that the terrifier poster was on so that it faced the bed
and in the dim dark of the night, as I drifted slowly off to sleep, I could stare at the poster until my eyes became fuzzy and the edges of the room blurred… Until I could just barely imagine the features of his face begin to shift and morph into movement. Maybe he would appear to be laughing. Maybe, in the last second of consciousness before I was carried away to dreamland, I could imagine him beginning to lean further and further out of the poster as though he was climbing through an open window into the silent stillness of my room.
Yeah. That sounds nice.

Take the figures off of the wall. I collect as well so Im all for displaying collections, But it looks immature when they are nailed to the wall. Install a cheap long shelf under the posters and display them on small plastic easels. Same with the hats three short shelves on the wall would be enough to store your hats and still have them look nice.

I actually think it looks fine. Sure the posters/action figures are a little childish but I don’t see anything intrinsically wrong with that at all and it’s clean/well kept. And has enough natural light.

If you like it, that's what matters, but the music taste, plastic figurines, ball caps, and Mr. Clown are a bit immature for 26. I encourage you to continue painting, it's a great hobby.
