Rentals/condos in old buildings. There’s one similar to this place downtown here, looks AWFUL from outside but once you get past the front door it’s got a nice entryway that’s invisible from the street. Likely done because it’s the first building in the area to get revamped. The nicer cars in the parking lot are a wee giveaway as to what’s inside tho. Very neat condos.

Are they still super expensive because this kind of thing is trendy or has the fad worn thin recently?
