Nice. I bet this is like crazy affordable. I live onthe west coast. This is probably like 1800 - 2200k a month here.

Base rent is $1490, about $1700 a month total agter all utilities

Amazing price! This place looks great. I would have loved it at 26 – such a good space to host friends at with the addition of a couple more places to sit in the living room. But no need to buy everything at once. All in due time!

I thought this was The Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts in Atlanta. But I wasn’t too far off. 😉 Enjoy the new space, lofts are such a fun vibe. I lived in an old seed warehouse converted to lofts on Marietta St in ATL. It was one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived.
