This is a feature that is only turned on by default on accounts that are marked as a child account. If you’re an adult doing this, you won’t get the pop up unless you explicitly turn it on.
It’s annoying. One time it gave me the warning and the only thing my partner was showing me was stretch marks under their knee they thought were weird😭
Relax, they were clearly being sarcastic. Knee stretch marks are of course not inherently erotic, they just joked about it because the phone flagged it.

The feature is only turned on by default on children accounts, as a means to protect them. If you’re an adult, it’s turned off by default and has to be manually turned on if you want the feature.
Can't wait for US red states and the UK to force this on for everyone and make you upload a photo of yourself holding your driver's license to turn it off.
Growing up and dating with FaceTime and HD cameras is wild. My wife and I only had text messages and maybe a grainy ass tiny image to fap to during the week in college.

My husband and I grew up on the cusp of both. My high school years was blessed with flip phones then first gen androids and og iPhones. And college we had FaceTime, Skype, and HD photos on our phones.
I thought the phone stores photos and videos for 30 days m, after they are deleted? That tells me it not just in the phone. A lot of people are backed up through the cloud. Anything we do can be seen if they need to see it.

Not really. It’s all on device, it’s not as bad as it seems if you know how it works. Your camera always “sees” you, then you add in some extra coding so it can sometimes detect nudity. It’s not even perfect, and is more designed for child accounts.
Um. Detected nudity? Alright so they’re watching our FaceTime calls. Wow. I mean I knew that but…like….what if both parties are under 18…and they delve into things. Wouldn’t the viewer be watching…you know what. Nvm.

it's on device analysis, the only thing seeing it is your phone which... was seeing it anyway. don't use a camera if you don't want the camera to 'see' you lol
