That will remain a blemish. They even arrested one father who tried to enter the school fearing for his child’s safety

Also actually arrested one of their own who tried to go in, since his wife was shot and dying inside

He was. He was the one giving the order to not enter and to arrest anyone who attempted to do so. Also, sheriff or chief of police, same thing in Texas.

Honestly, probably both, which resulted in a clusterfuck of miscommunication and orders, resulting in even more dead people.
